Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and begin after your order has been dispatched. Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. If your order is being shipped internationally, customs processing may also impact the final delivery time.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer's responsibility to enter accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays or order cancellation. If our system detects an issue with your shipping address, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@plaqaid.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but after this period, we cannot guarantee modifications.
Delayed Delivery
We understand the importance of receiving your order on time and strive for fast processing and shipping. However, certain delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

If a delay occurs, we will keep you updated and work with the courier to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible. Please note that Plaqaid is not liable for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@plaqaid.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
For lost or stolen packages, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or your local post office in case it was delivered nearby.
- Contacting the courier directly to file a claim.
- Providing us with the claim details so we can follow up on your behalf.
Please note that Plaqaid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these cases fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report.
