We stand by our product’s effectiveness and recommend using it for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after this period and are within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@plaqaid.com.

Cancellation Policy

We allow changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may already be processing, and we may not be able to modify it. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in our product and encourage you to try it for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return it within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take care to package our products securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. "Damaged" refers to defective or physically broken products—cosmetic damage to packaging is not considered eligible for a refund or replacement.

To report a damaged item, email us at support@plaqaid.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen shipping issues. If your order is delayed, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.
